The Waikato Public Law and Policy Research Unit of Te Piringa Faculty of Law are having an event in which faculty members will present their research on several legal dimensions of Covid-19.
The speakers and topics will be:
- Professor Claire Breen: “The Right to Health and Covid 19: A Core Right in New Zealand's Legal Response'
- Associate Professor Trevor Daya-Winterbottom "COVID - climate change, RMA reform, and the Rule of Law"
- Associate Professor Nathan Cooper: 'COVID-19 and identity: planetary boundaries, ethical boundaries, and the will to change'.
