Tauranga Campus Activation Student Workshops
|Date||Tuesday 5 - Wednesday 6 October 2021|
|Where||The Hub, Level 1, Tauranga campus|
|Presenter||Joseph Macfarlane and Mel Tippet|
After two and a half years of activating the University’s Tauranga campus, we want to consider what more can be done to enhance our experience and use of the CBD campus building.
Current University of Waikato students are invited to attend a one-hour workshop to provide input into the Tauranga campus space review. Please attend ONE of the workshops below:
Tauranga Campus Activation Workshops
- Tuesday 5 October - 10am, 11am, 1pm or 2pm
- Wednesday 6 October - 10am, 11am and 1pm
What: Workshops will include a walk-through of the campus and a rolling discussion about how the space is currently utilised and how it might be better optimised as a place students can use and enjoy. The themes that emerge through the workshops will provide the basis for a review of campus space with a view to further improving the on-campus experience for students and the community.
Where: Meet at the poutokomanawa amphitheatre in The Hub, Level 1, Tauranga campus.
Each participant will take away a coffee or kai voucher as a thank you for contributing.
If you are unable to attend a workshop but would like to provide some feedback about how we can get the most of our campus spaces, we welcome your feedback via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
