But did you know sitting still and removing all stimulation can help you increase your level of patience, help you focus, keep calm and gain mental clarity?
UniRec hold 30 minute Take a Breath sessions every Wednesday. These are our way of offering you an escape from the hustle and bustle of every day life to settle down with a little bit of 'you time'.
