The New Zealand Institute for Business Research (NZIBR), in association with Waikato Management School, invites academics and postgraduate students to attend a workshop on 'Publishing in Top-Tier Journals' on Monday, 18 February.
The workshop will be conducted by Dr Gloria Barczak, Professor of Marketing at the D'Amor-McKim School of Business, Northeastern University, Massachusetts, United States.

Professor Barczak’s teaching and research is in the areas of marketing management and new product development, with particular emphasis on using information technology and social media for open innovation.
Professor Barczak’s research has been published in a variety of journals, including the Journal of Product Innovation Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Marketing Management, Journal of Business Research, Research* Technology Management, R &D Management, Industrial Marketing Management, European Journal of Innovation Management, and Organizational Dynamics.
Professor Barczak is the immediate past editor-in-chief of the Journal of Product Innovation Management.
She is the 2010 Robert D. Klein University Lecturer, a Senior Advisor to Creativity and Innovation Management, and a member of the editorial board of IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.
She is a current member of the Product Development & Management Association (PDMA) Board, Academic Committee, and Nominating Committee. She is on the board of the Boston PDMA Chapter, serving as academic liaison, and a member of the IPDMC Scientific Committee. She recently was a member of the Organising Committee for the first ISPIM conference (2016 ISPIM Boston Innovation Forum) in the United States.
