Holmes are on the lookout for Summer interns and graduates for 2023/2024!

University of Waikato engineering students—we’re recruiting talented summer interns and graduates for a number of roles in our Fire, Structural and Infrastructure teams. You could be based in our Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington, or Christchurch offices.

We’re the 2021 Supreme Award winners for the Institution of Structural Engineers ‘Structural Awards’, for our impressive project the Christchurch Town Hall redevelopment.

Who are we?
We’re engineering experts with thousands of great national and international projects under our belts. The high-performing Holmes team delivers a broad range of projects, including huge high-rise buildings, heritage buildings, award-winning bridges, critical civil and transport infrastructure, and even Aotearoa’s largest water treatment facilities. We’re never afraid to take on a challenge—our team has designed a number of iconic outdoor sculptures and even a timber restaurant halfway up a tree! Holmes has offices throughout Aotearoa and one in the Netherlands, we also work closely with our partners from the wider Holmes Group based in Australia and the USA.
