Resistance Bands are an outstanding exercise tool for modifying exercises, changing your style of training, and the best thing is that they're extremely portable. With a resistance band in your bag you can get your daily fix no matter where you are. You are carrying a mobile gym. The hardest thing about exercise bands is knowing how to use them so Ruby is here to show us how.
