The University of Waikato is delighted to sponsor the Latin America & Spain Film Festival in 2023
In its 21st year the Latin America & Spain Film Festival (LASFF) is a cultural event that aims to bring together Latin America, Spain and other New Zealand communities through the big screen.
This year there are 7 participating countries: Peru, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Mexico and Spain.
The event will reach 10 cities in New Zealand: Auckland, Blenheim, Christchurch, Hamilton, Nelson, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Whanganui, Whangarei and Wellington.
In Hamilton the event will take place from 22 - 30 September 2023 at the University of Waikato.
The selection of movies include a wide range of genres, topics and styles.
Admission to the movies is FREE!!!
