Classes are taught by an experienced Yoga Instructor and are suitable for beginners and intermediate. Ashtanga focuses on dynamic connecting poses creating a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures whilst linking the movement to the breath. Essentially the breath dictates the movement and the length of time held in the postures. It also improves flexibility, as well as tendon and hard tissue strength.
