Every Wednesday for 6 weeks
Lift, flip, throw, twist, push, jump, crunch, squat and press your way towards getting fitter!Start burning off that spare tyre the old school, tried and tested way in this full body cardio and strength based workout with good old car tyres!
Clothing: Don't wear your best workout gear because you may get a little dirty due to potential tyre residue! Gloves if you have them - but not a necessity.
Suitability: Any fitness level welcome to give this a go. Varying options will be provided to cater for different abilities.
Aim: Try a different option to your usual schedule, add some spice to your workout and burn some serious calories!
