Yoga is a great way to lengthen, strengthen and tone your muscles and stretch away the stresses of the day! These classes are taught by an experienced Yoga Instructor and are suitable for beginners and intermediate.
Flow-Yoga begins with gentle, rythmical warming movements flowing into strength and balance poses, then easing into longer stretches and relaxation. Sometimes called vinyasa yoga, in this style you flow from one pose to the next with concious, rhythmic breath.
Sessions will include a variety of sequences including sun salutes.
