This course has two classes per week

Capoeira Angola is a blend of martial art, game and dance originating in Brazil; physically challenging but highly rewarding. It combines a high level of stamina, flexibility and physical dynamics incorporating movements such as cartwheels, handstands, spinning kicks and spontaneous acrobatics.
